Set on level 18 of DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront, 18 Knots Rooftop Bar offers a high-rise setting in Perth CBD with 360-degree city views. The venue is open to the general public as well as hotel guests, with walk-ins welcome.

The food is centred on bar bites designed for sharing or for a lighter meal, alongside cocktails, local craft beers, wine and spirits. The menu changes through selected specials and limited-time features.
