Baillie Hill

Baillie Hill is a hospitality and community precinct in East Victoria Park, bringing together food, drinks, entertainment, creative activities and open space. For a drink, The Berwick Bar & Kitchen is described as a local-style bar with views across the park, while the precinct’s distillery produces small-batch spirits and liqueurs. Baillie Hill occupies the historic Elizabeth Baillie House site, which dates back to 1911 and is listed on the State Heritage Register. The grounds have previously served a range of healthcare purposes, including the Mildred Creak Centre, and are now being developed as a community-focused hospitality and culture destination. Alongside the bars and food venues, visitors can find artist studios with bookable workshops, a historic functions hall and planned community markets featuring local makers, artisan stalls, seasonal pop-ups and live entertainment.
