FORM Café

FORM Café brings coffee and contemporary culture together in a heritage railway building beside Claremont train station. It is part of FORM Gallery, where exhibitions and programs focus particularly on Western Australian regional artists, giving metropolitan audiences a chance to encounter creative work from across the state.

Coffee is brewed by FORM’s friends at El Cabro, and the café provides a place to pause over a drink and something to eat before or after viewing the exhibitions. The setting is more than a quick station stop: FORM describes it as a space for sharing stories over art and coffee, with curated exhibitions and events shaping the experience around it.

The venue has a strong community and cultural history. After FORM was entrusted with transforming the former Goods Shed in 2015, the building became an exhibition, creative project and café space, opening in 2016. Since then, it has welcomed visitors connecting locally and globally through culture, new ideas and creative experiences.
