The venue centres on cocktails and a lounge-style night out rather than a full restaurant experience, with a bar menu and an indulgent drinks offering available.

The space is particularly suited to groups planning a private celebration. Minq caters for birthdays, hen’s nights and other special occasions, with three private areas available for hire. The Red Room is designed for 20 to 40 guests, while the Blue Room accommodates 40 to 60. Both rooms include a personal host and a self-operated karaoke system, making them a practical choice for groups that want a dedicated space and an activity built into the evening.

For larger gatherings, the lounge can be booked exclusively for up to 80 guests. This option includes leather couches and a private bar, while the private-event offering also includes signature cocktails, beverage packages and catering options. The combination of a contained setting, late-night atmosphere and karaoke makes Minq more naturally suited to celebrations and group occasions than to a quiet meal or family visit. Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over, as the venue is within the casino complex.

Minq is open on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm until late, although hours can change. Karaoke bookings are required, and event enquiries can be made through Crown Perth’s events team. For a standard visit, it offers a compact lounge-bar setting for cocktails and conversation; for a planned function, the private rooms and exclusive-hire option provide more structure.
